Service Integration and Management Coordinator (ES-3930)

Our partner is a prominent and constatly developing worldwide known leading member in the Global Workspace Alliance a unique model that provides customers with a consistent IT service throughout the world, with one single point of contact and billing entity, delivering services to over 90 countries.

Responsibilities:
  • You will gather information and know-how from best practices within our Partner and utilize that for the service setup under the guidance of a SIAM project manager and supported by a Service Desk intake manager and subject matter experts
  • You will ensure the ITIL processes enable Integrated Service provision from the Service Lines and SIAM Services (including comprehensive consolidated reporting) whilst Coordinating the activities
  • Support the Global SDM, who is among other things responsible for
  • Monthly performance review with Service Line Managers and Customer, initiating corrective actions, continual service improvement and risk management
  • Ensure Service Lines including Integrated Third Party Suppliers and ITIL processes provide all required input before the monthly target date
  • Create consolidated reporting in the format as agreed with the customer and reporting of information required for billing the customer
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in a relevant direction
  • ITIL practitioner certified
  • SIAM certified or to be certified is advantage
  • At least 8 years working experience with delivery of (ITIL) Services in an independent role
  • Fluent in English
  • ITIL processes; Change Management, Service Desk, Request- and Order management, End to end case management, knowledge management, problem management, capacity, availability and event management, asset and configuration management
  • Basic aspects of Service Lines; Security, Data Center, Network (LAN), Infrastructure Core Apps, Groupware and Messaging, End User Computer Hardware and Services, WAN
