Industrialisation Engineer (Injection moulding/tooling)

Knowledge,skills and experience required:

• Performs industrialisation including tooling and equipment (machine, robot (head)), specification, supplier quotation, trials and approval process
  
• Plastic injection moulding tools technical knowledge (construction evaluation skill)
  
• Solidworks, CATIA working knowledge (design, modification, evaluation)
  
• Experience in tooling manufacturers selection
  
• Tool design, construction, maintenance understanding (tool design evaluation and acceptance)
  
• Good communication skills
  
• Experience in tool introduction (APQP, PFMEA) and RFQ management
  
• The job-holder must have a strong sense of ownership and a commitment to do what is necessary to achieve satisfactory results in an environment which can be constantly changing
  
• The post holder may be required to travel within Hungary, Europe and overseas
  
• Good level of English both verbal and written
  
• A period of experience in the majority of the duties of 3 years or equivalent
  

Main responsibilites:

• Active participation of tooling introduction (specifications, supplier management, production trial runs, takeover procedures)
  
• Tool design evaluation and approval, tool correction plan preparation (Solidworks, CATIA)
  
• Coordination of test productions
  
• Cooperation with co-departments in project related issues (QA, Process Engineering, Logistics, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Purchasing)
  
• Project related plans and reports preparation
