Quality Engineer

We are looking for a well qualified, responsible and reliable colleague to work at our partner’s plant situated in Fejér county.

Requirements:

English language is a must
German language is an advantage
Good communication / negotiation and problem solving skills
Able to influence and advise at all levels of the organisation
Computer literate in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Working knowledge and experience on Automotive production environment (moulding, assembly)
Understanding and working experience of Automotive quality management systems (IATF16949, VDA)
Understanding and working experience of Automotive quality tools (eg. CP, FMEA, MSA, SPC)
IATF16949 auditor and/or VDA 6.3 auditor skill and experience is preferable

Main tasks :

Handling of the internal quality issues according to responsibility of defined production lines/product groups
Handling of customer claims based on 8D, direct contact to customers
Failure analysis, problem solving, implementation of corrective and prevetive actions as includes the analysis of those effectiveness with systematic methods (eg. Pareto, Ishikawa, 5W+2H; 5Why; FTA)
Active team member during the audits: internal and external audits
In case of non-conformance for product, process or system, be active and leading participant in a problem solving activity to follow steps of problem solving methods
Quality improvement of the process/product
Preparation of documentation regarding to responsible product group (eg. Control Plan, Instructions)
Follow-up of SPC, controlling of process capability as includes improvement actions
Product /process change follow-up, preparing the required documents
Training to the employees regarding product and process specific quality requirements
In case of a critical issue (as problem is a potential risk, which is impact to approved quality level of products as supplied to customer) the production must be stopped. The notification of the stoppage shall be immediately reported to Quality manager.
Blocking of suspected lots for the non-conform products (raw material, semi-finished and finish goods) as include scrapping process
Active participant of regular production meeting regarding the responsible production lines/product groups
Active participant regarding to continuous improvement activities
