Sourcer Specialist

As a Sourcer Specialist, your main goal is to:

• Work in close cooperation with our Recruiters and define the sourcing strategy for the open positions
• Prepare job advertisements
• Use all the available tools and resources to identify and pre-select quality candidates
• Conduct phone interviews
• Organize language checks
• Organize interviews
• Focus on a high level of stakeholder management
• Ensure that the level of recruitment vendor usage and hiring cost is below the set target

The key requirements for the role are:

• English and Hungarian skills on a business level
• College or University Degree
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

• Previous relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or Talent sourcing
• Immediate availability
