Talent Development Faculty (Trainer)

As a Talent Development Trainer, your main functions are:
  • Manage the learning and development programs, ensuring that the learning requirements of the center/ business units are met
  • Co-ordinate Talent Development activities
  • Training Delivery for associates in leadership positions and above
  • Collaborate with the business and the HR Business Partner to support learning requirements
  • Process Development, Administration and Compliance
  • Reporting
  • Act as back-up person for the Talent Development Head and Lead colleague
The key requirements for the role are:
  • Education Certificate
  • At least 3 years of experience in training’s delivery (design and development, offline and online)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • English skills on a business level
