We are looking for User and Supplier Experience Excellence Lead to join our Procurement team within Global Business Services (GBS), based in Hungary.

In this position, you will report to the User & Supplier Experience Excellence Manager and support delivery of the business and functional strategies by driving efficiency and effectiveness across the end-to-end Procurement processes. You will also be required to provide expertise in management of Procurement systems, processes, policies, standards and controls and embrace innovation and technology to identify the right solutions.

 

In this role, you will have opportunity to:

 

  • Create transparency on existing ways of working using relevant techniques (value stream mapping/data gathering /user story articulation)
  • Demonstrate a bias towards Lean process delivery through elimination of non-value adding activity i.e., removal of unnecessary hand-offs and manual effort wherever possible
  • Make processes measurable and develop sustainable reporting that enables proactive issue identification, mitigation and early warning to management
  • Understand the factors driving demand for GBS services and identify opportunities to influence demand (aggregate /optimize/eliminate)
  • Monitor progress to ensure realization of planned benefits
  • Represent GBS Service Lines in deployment and transformation delivery activities
  • Oversee performance management activities as required
  • Manage day to day operational stakeholder engagement (with 3rd party)
  • Support operations for BCP & Risk Management activities

Requirements:

  • University degree in business related discipline (e.g. Procurement, Finance, Business Administration/Management).
  • In-depth knowledge of Procurement processes (6 to 8 years of experience) including key roles, departments and common key performance indicators
  • Experience in using sourcing and workflow management tools e.g. Ariba Source to Pay and Salesforce case management
  • Demonstrated experience with Agile or other rapid development methods e.g. continuous improvement tools and methodologies
  • Considerable Business / Process analysis experience, preferably with strong user interaction and a track record of process improvement / engineering
  • Fluency in “business English”

The role is posted as a temporary maternity cover with 18 months’ contract.
