UX Team Leader

Our Partner is represented with many market-leading brands on the Hungarian e-commerce market. Join them in UX Team Leader position!

You’ll be responsible for:

• People management of the UX team, focusing on mentoring and coordinating their work.
  
• Understanding businesses, markets, and customers of each product.
  
• Maintaining an agile design process to support speed-to-market.
  
• Participating in qualitative customer-facing interviews and product roadmap discussions.
  
• Driving/owning product experience & design decisions from beginning to end.
  
• Creating user-centered designs by considering site analytics, customer feedback, and research findings that meet measurable business objectives in a timely, shippable manner.
  
• Developing UX strategy, defining guidelines and processes.
  
• Creating full graphic design, web kit tool for the company, and takes part in its continuous development.
  
• Leading design reviews and bring inspiring ideas and motivation into an energetic and collaborative team.
  
• Inspiring UX designers by providing feedback of their work and support for various projects.
  

What we are looking for:

• At least 5 years experience as a Product or UX designer.
  
• Be an expert with these tools: Jira, Confluence, Axure, Adobe XD, Hotjar.
  
• Be on point with recent UX trends: user testing, A/B testing, service design.
  
• Be hungry to learn and to use your professional skills.
  
• Be fluent in English because you will have to stay in touch with our HQ in Barcelona.
