The key Responsibilities for the role are:
- managing incidents on the core platform where other applications are running. Stability is key.
- Depending on the nature of problems, you propose and implement solutions in collaboration with other teams.
- guiding other teams so that they can be autonomous in the DevOps part of their applications.
- proposing new tool and eventual evolution of our platform to improve automation of our deployment pipelines, monitoring of our systems and applications & overall stability and scaling.
- Contributing to the technical analysis, technical design & architecture, and coding of the software solutions is a plus, in collaboration with the architect and developers as well as the business & customers.
The key requirements for the role are:
- 5-7 years of DevOps experience
- Extensive experience with AWS Cloud solution: AWS S3, CloudFront, EC2, EKS, KMS, EBS, EFS, RDS, SNS, SES, ELB, Route53
- Experience with Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker
- Experience with Linux, Git, Gitlab, Gitlab CI,
- Experience with Redis, Kafka, MongoDB, InfluxDB, Elastic search, Ngin
- Experience with NewRelic, Fluentd, Vagrant
Desired Characteristics:
- Knowledge of VirtualBox
- Experience with OAuth2, OpenIDConnect
- Knowledge of Python development is a plus
- Familiarity with PyCharm, Conda
