This position will be part of the Java application development portfolio. Preferably 2-3 years of experience with Micro services along with CI/CD pipeline and cloud environments as well. It’s good to have additional front end development experience using NodeJS, JavaScript and React Frameworks.
Primary responsibilities are:
- Develop web application backend software using Java, Spring Boot framework
- Make sure to work according to the latest coding principles and guidelines
- Ensure high code quality and code coverage
- Understand architectural issues, and factor them into decisions and recommendations
- Own software design, collaborate within development team
- Implement and work with automated CICD solutions and DevOps tools
- Write good documentation
- Report and track progress in JIRA, Confluence
The key requirements for the role are:
Must have:
- 3-5 years of experience of developing backend application using Java, Spring or Spring boot
- Extensive knowledge on RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
- Experience with SQL and noSQL databases
Optional:
- Experience developing frontend application using Javascript, HTML, CSS,Node.JS and Angular or React.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools, CICD and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions
- Experience in the execution of certain tasks (please describe the required experience):
- Software development, testing and documentation (3+ years)
- Software architecture (1-2 years +)
