Responsibilities:
  • Provide support in full scale HR service processes
  • Coordinate employee data (onboarding admin, master data management, benefits admin)
  • Follow up employee data changes
  • Manage manpower planning and budgeting
  • Manage pre-payroll activities
  • Handle incoming requests, regarding to HR services or payroll activities
  • Build and maintain good relationship with internal and external stakeholders
  • Create regular HR reports for the management
  • Proactively work together with internal teams in order to provide high service level
Requirements:
  • University or College Degree preferably in HR
  • Fluent English and Polish knowledge
  • 1-3 years of experience in any HR field (plus customer service experience is advantage)
  • Good technical and coordinating skills
  • SAP knowledge is advantage
