System Data Engineer

About what you would be doing:

Develop, maintain and provide a continuous (24/7) overview about the IT Health in Client (current issues, incidents, deployments, possible future issues, cyber threats etc.)
Provide insights to quickly determine the cause of and possible resolution path for incidents
Predict incidents before they happen, trigger automation to resolve them and strive for autonomous operation of systems
Provide insights and transparency to application owners and other stakeholders on stability, impacts, pain points, where to improve etc
Contribute insights to all stakeholders in support of making our IT services stable and reliable and increasing transparency about outages and/or incidents
Provide KPIs and insights to the CTO and senior management in order to steer the technology strategy and investments etc
Work closely and effectively with stakeholders in units and divisions across Group Technology Service and all the business domains
Able to communicate complex analysis results in a clear, precise and meaningful manner

Require​ments:

5+ years of working experience in data warehouse development
Knowledge of public cloud, Azure preferred
Knowledge of Hadoop / Spark / Apache Druid
Processing Time Series Data e.g. InfluxDB / Elastic / Prometheus
Designing and implementing data transformations and analytical solutions on enterprise data platforms and distributed computing
Experience in consuming or exposing data via Rest API
Experience in streaming big data or alternative platforms
Understanding and transforming customer requirements into a best-fit design and architecture
Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies
Experience in AI Ops, and its implementation
