WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PAYROLL FINANCE MANAGER TO OUR SSC PARTNER!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing and the smooth and effective operation of the Hire to Retire Operations team
  • People management of the team (employee status, objective setting, performance monitoring, coaching and motivating)
  • Ensuring all deadlines are met (processing payroll and tax compliance)
  • Keeping contact with service providers
  • Main point of contact for Data privacy related questions
  • Responsible for tax report preparation where service provided
  • Representing the HTR team in operation meetings
  • Interacting with global departments and business units
  • Actively taking part in the successful execution of business programs, processes and procedures
  • Main point of contact for internal/external audits
  • Responsible for group KPI reporting

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA degree in economy/finance
  • Fluent English knowledge
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SSC people management
  • Coaching, leadership skills
  • Change management and customer service skills
  • Advanced excel
  • SAP or other financial ERP system knowledge
  • Preferably experience in payroll management with ADP solutions
  • Preferably payroll specialist certification
