Our leading SSC partner is looking for you to be part of an exciting journey in supporting their credit department with your Credit and Team Management expertise.Responsibilities
- Lead a team that is accountable for Credit Assessment processes
- Ensure all credit activity is accurate and done on a timely manner
- Ensure trade debtor balances are tightly controlled and credit risk appraisal of new and existing customers is managed properly
- Manage and support credit limit request decisions within the dedicated business lines and global businesses
- Accountable for building capability and supporting change within the team
- Drive for operational excellence, professional business partnering and compliance
- Coach and develop team members from technical and soft skills point of view
- University Degree or equivalent - in Economics or related fields
- 5+ years of Credit Management background
- 3+ years experience in people / team management
- Fluent English knowledge is essential
- German language knowledge is an advantage
- Credit- or Risk Management Certifications are a plus
