Our leading SSC partner is looking for you to be part of an exciting journey in supporting their credit department with your Credit and Team Management expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team that is accountable for Credit Assessment processes
  • Ensure all credit activity is accurate and done on a timely manner
  • Ensure trade debtor balances are tightly controlled and credit risk appraisal of new and existing customers is managed properly
  • Manage and support credit limit request decisions within the dedicated business lines and global businesses
  • Accountable for building capability and supporting change within the team
  • Drive for operational excellence, professional business partnering and compliance
  • Coach and develop team members from technical and soft skills point of view
Requirements
  • University Degree or equivalent - in Economics or related fields
  • 5+ years of Credit Management background
  • 3+ years experience in people / team management
  • Fluent English knowledge is essential
  • German language knowledge is an advantage
  • Credit- or Risk Management Certifications are a plus
