Responsibilities:- Provide support in full scale HR service processes
- Coordinate employee data (onboarding admin, master data management, benefits admin)
- Follow up employee data changes
- Manage manpower planning and budgeting
- Manage pre-payroll activities
- Handle incoming requests, regarding to HR services or payroll activities
- Build and maintain good relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Create regular HR reports for the management
- Proactively work together with internal teams in order to provide high service level
- University or College Degree preferably in HR
- Fluent English and Polish knowledge
- 1-3 years of experience in any HR field (plus customer service experience is advantage)
- Good technical and coordinating skills
- SAP knowledge is advantage
