Our leading SSC partner is looking for you to be part of an exciting journey in supporting their credit department with your Credit Management expertise.Resposibilities:
- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert focusing on Credit Assessment and Cash Collection processes
- Active involvement in any strategic, operations or system credit related projects
- Supports Team Leaders and senior colleagues analysing the performance of different portfolios on a regular basis, reporting findings and proposing actions
- Managing the Credit Risk exposure to support delivery of business goals
- Contribute to managing debt effectively including collection and exposure management
- To approve credit limits within DOA and escalate those above DOA for approval
- Accountable for building capability and drive for an operational excellence
- Coach and develop team members from technical and soft skills point of view
- Taking part in credit strategy management
- Proven finance / credit analysis / accounts receivables / Cash Collection experience in an international environment
- 3 + years of Credit Management background gained in banking, financial services, or a blue-chip corporate credit environment
- Experience in leading and guiding people and managing projects
- University Degree preferred (in Economics or related fields
- Fluent English language knowledge
