In the IT Services area, Our Partner implements the best in class solutions in the Business 4.0 era to enable strong digital foundations for our customers worldwide. We are working with a wide range of technologies and programming languages.
About what you would be doing:
- Designing the data model for the CMDB in a collaborative work with the platform owners
- Developing and operating tools to collect and integrate data from various data sources
- Exposing data in a standardized way and enable sophisticated filtering
- Providing meaningful dependency and impact analysis for our customers
- Develop, maintain and provide a continuous (24/7) overview about the IT Health in Client (current issues, incidents, deployments, possible future issues, cyber threats etc.)
- Provide insights to quickly determine the cause of and possible resolution path for incidents
- Predict incidents before they happen, trigger automation to resolve them and strive for autonomous operation of systems
- Provide insights and transparency to application owners and other stakeholders on stability, impacts, pain points, where to improve etc.
- Contribute insights to all stakeholders in support of making our IT services stable and reliable and increasing transparency about outages and/or incidents
- Provide KPIs and insights to the CTO and senior management in order to steer the technology strategy and investments etc.
- Work closely and effectively with stakeholders in units and divisions across Group Technology Service and all the business domains
Requirements:
- Experience in modern languages like Golang and Java
- Have a good understanding of different cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and cloud native ecosystems, such as Microsoft Azure
- A solid knowledge in data modelling and data analysis
- Share the DevOps mindset and have experience with CI/CD
- Passionate about creating technical documentation
