Our multinational partner is looking for Reporting Specialists to their HR Services team! We are waiting for your application, if you have a few years of experience in reporting, and you are fluent in English! Location:
Budapest
Responsibilities:- Providing first line support to internal customers
- Providing already existing, and creating new reports to customers
- Advising and educating requestors on the use of self service reports and dashboards
- Cooperate with other HR Services team members
- Managing end-to-end processes
- Take part in process improvement projects
- Support the training of the new joiner colleagues
- Minimum 2 years of experience in reporting – preferably in HR field
- Fluent English language knowledge (advanced German is a huge plus!)
- Strong Excel skills
- Power BI knowledge
- Customer focus, analytical thinking
