We are looking for a TECH-IT RECRUITER / TA PARTNER to our financial services client in Budapest!


  • Provide outstanding talent acquisition service for Technical division
  • Proactively source, screen, and guide candidates through a successful interviewing and candidate experience
  • Educate and influence hiring managers on candidates’ abilities, recruiting process, strategy and market conditions
  • Create and maintain network of contacts to help identify and source people, using online recruiting resources and ATS
  • Assess, participate, and enable the best candidate interviewing process using a competency-based assessment methodology and Technical assessment tools
  • Prepare candidates for interviews by providing detailed information on the company, business strategy, department background, job description etc.
  • Use effective communication approaches that include keeping others informed (manager, peers, clients, candidates etc.)
  • Participate in the development of ongoing and efficient sourcing strategies
  • Maintain accurate documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to identify internal talent


  • Minimum 2-3 years of full lifecycle recruitment in Tech-IT focused roles (EMEA experience is not a must)
  • Experience in researching, developing, and implementing new candidate sourcing and search methods for both passive and active candidates
  • Fluent English knowledge
  • Experience in matrix structured businesses
  • Ability to handle multiple requisitions and priorities at a time
  • Strong consultative and advisory approach, act as an SME for Talent Acquisition
  • Develop successful business partner relationships at all levels of an organization
  • Experience using behavioural/competency-based interviewing assessment methodology
  • Motivated, self-directed, independent individual who can work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Microsoft Office proficiency and extensive experience with ATS (preferably Workday but not a must)
