Procurement IT Systems & Tools Lead

Responsibilities:

Ensure alignment with the group and overall IT projects and strategies
Drive the definition of procurement IT roadmap
Manage the selection and implementation of new procurement IT systems and IT tools
Act as the primary interface between Procurement and IT
Drive requirement analysis and procurement IT system design in collaboration with IT and software vendors
Make decision proposal for IT system selection
Drive development and safeguarding of uniform standards to harmonize systems group-wide and to ensure maximum transparency and accessibility of procurement data
Supervise IT-system development, configuration, testing, implementation
Conduct the integration of procurement systems into the overall Company IT landscape to foster data transparency and accessibility for decision support
Introduce solutions based on system connections and interdependencies to realize synergies between different procurement systems and procedures
Manage gap analysis regarding processes, procedures
Drive process improvement initiatives, provide support to data-driven projects
Safeguard 2nd level incidents coming from the procurement helpdesk are resolved,
Manage 3rd level support of 3rd party
Responsible for the creation and continuous updating of user documentation and manuals for procurement IT systems and tools

Requirements:

University/College degree
5+ years of experience in IT development and implementation projects
Experience in leadership
Are fluent in English
Have people leadership skills and the ability to lead cross-functional and cross-regional teams
Experienced with reporting tools and systems like MS Office, SAP MM/SRM, SAP Ariba, BPM
Have a thorough understanding of Procurement and Procurement systems
Strategic thinking with strong analytical skills
Have good communication, project management skills
