Logistics / Trade Compliance Analyst

Are you an excellent COORDINATOR to BRING PEOPLE TOGETHER in GLOBAL PROJECTS with strong PRESENTATION, CUSTOMER and ANALYTICAL focus ?

We are looking for you as a LOGISTICS/TRADE COMPLIANCE ANALYST for a people orientated team in a cool office in BUDAPEST!

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO:

• Work with the international Trade Compliance team
• Coordination of TC projects for all businesses (like duty optimization)
• Participate in teams focused on continuous process improvement
• Participate in developing TC programs like audit / trainings as part of Category Management
• Automation/improvement of post transactional customs auditing
• Manage daily operational TC related tasks, support businesses with TC related questions
• Reporting & statistics, preparing relevant data for presentations
• Develop policy and procedures to support global standardization as needed
• Ability to develop process consistency across regions

ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Logistics or Foreign Trade)
• 3-5 years experience in logistics/trade compliance and customs
• Fluent English skills (German/French/Spanish knowledge is an advantage)
• Advanced Excel, preferably SAP or other ERP system experience
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills and customer focus
• Calm, dependable, positive attitude
• Goal oriented to manage multiple priorities
• Preferably understanding the processes, dependencies between Logistics and Trade Compliance
