STRATEGIC SOURCING MANAGER (IT&Telecom)

We are looking for you as a

STRATEGIC SOURCING MANAGER (IT&Telecom)

for a people oriented team in Budapest!

YOUR ROLE WILL BE:

• Manage the strategic procurement activities for IT services, products in the EMEA region (IT Hardware/Software, IT Contingent Labor & Telecoms)
• Develop and implement related procurement strategies as required
• Consolidate spend, rationalize supply base
• Alignment with regional businesses, corporate Procurement, IT division and GSM globally
• Lead and negotiate dedicated global software agreements, carry out tenders
• Manage contracts with suppliers, redline IT contracts, reviewing End User License Agreements
• Support strong Supplier Management process to ensure good supplier relations and strong SLAs with suppliers
• Support major IT projects, on EMEA and global level (e.g. integrations, acquisitions, HW/SW rollouts)

ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years’ experience in a professional role for a global multi-national business
• 3+ years Procurement/Strategic Sourcing experience in IT related area
• Experience in a matrix, global, cross-functional team
• Exposure to implementing global strategic IT initiatives
• Relevant experience in Supplier Relationship Management
• High business acumen, self-starter, highly analytical
• Proficiency in English, any other language is a plus
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PP, Visio, MS Projects)
