Global Trade Compliance Analyst (fixed-term)

We are looking for you as a

Global Trade Compliance Analyst (fixed-term)

for a people oriented team in a cool office in Budapest!

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO:

• Support Global Trade Compliance team with centralized customs & export control functions for all businesses in EMEA
• Classification of EMEA products according customs tariff and export control regulations
• Maintaining of classifications at SAP GTS
• Export control & screening with SAP GTS
• Free trade agreements status & origin determination with SAP GTS
• Support communications with brokers during importation and/or exportation
• Reporting & statics (KPI)
• Potential support of TC projects and audits for all businesses

ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in foreign trade /customs
• 2-3 years experience in export/import or customs department or agency
• Knowledge about customs clearance / customs tariff classification / free trade agreement / export control rules & laws
• Advanced MS Office (word/excel/power point, SAP)
• Fluent English skills (German/French/Polish knowledge is an advantage)
• Very good communication, global team working skills
• Planning and organizational skills
