WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FINANCE MANAGER TO OUR SSC PARTNER!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing the smooth and effective operation of the Requisition to Payment Operations team
  • People management of the team (employee status, objective setting, performance monitoring, coaching and motivating)
  • Ensuring all deadlines are met (supplier purchase orders, invoices, employee expenses and payments)
  • Responsible for manual payment approval
  • Interacting with global departments and business units
  • Actively taking part in the successful execution of business programs, processes and procedures
  • Main point of contact for internal/external audits
  • Responsible for group KPI reporting

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA degree in economy/finance
  • Fluent English knowledge
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supervising work of others
  • Coaching, leadership skills
  • Change management and customer service skills
  • Advanced excel
  • SAP or other financial ERP system knowledge
  • Preferably experience in P2P area and project management
