WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO:

• Supply Chain Solutions Manager for OTC brings SAP S/4 HANA OTC process expertise for deployment projects in order to translate business supply chain requirements into technical system solutions
• Identifies and recommends appropriate SAP S/4 HANA system settings and requirements necessary to realize the commercial process needs and validates these through rigorous testing
• Responsible for OTC process ownership, leading, owning global change management in PTP area and developing the documentation with best in class practices and recommendations
• Own and deliver OTC subject matter expertise / stream leadship in SAP S4 Hana deployments
• Champion and promote use of standard commercial processes
• Document business requirements not met by the platform’s capability. Assist BPOs to build a process innovation pipeline including in business cases when standards do not meet business requirements
• Develop and document of OTC standard processes including best practices and recommendations
• Deliver of OTC know-how and trainings to end / business users. Build up of Business Power Users and OTC BPOs organization
• Ongoing Process improvement work with stakeholders to identify opportunites in OTC process area. Leverage process mapping for as-is & to-be status build
• Driving alignment on improvements roadmap and implementation execution
• Actively contributes to the S/4 HANA Operational support organization as a OTC subject matter expert for questions and issued identified by a business
• Represent OTC in other projects

ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS:

• BA / BS degree (ideally Business or Supply Chain)
• 3+ years working expertise in ERP system – SAP ECC / S4 Hana
• Deep function business process expertise (sales quotations, sales order processing, customer consignment, shipping execution, billing)
• Functional knowledge on master data/configuration settings to drive optimal customer outcomes (including those in business partners, material master, pricing procedures, available-to-promise evaluation)
• Working experience with demand planning processes & tools
• Project and change managment experience
• Problem solving, analytical skills, exceptional follow through
• Ability to travel, it will constitute 15% of the role
• Green Belt training
• Project and change management practice
• Fluency in English
• Experience working across cultures and in matrix organization
